Wilson Motors - New or Used Car Dealer in Corvallis

I have been waiting for a Bronco for 16 months and ordered one from Wilson Ford (bi-passing a closer Dealer). The wait due to Ford Issues has been tough for everyone but working with my Salesman Codi and Wilson Ford in general has made the wait easier. So I ordered a new Ford Ranger Tremor also through Codi and it was delivered in just over 3 months. The truck was very well prepared for delivery. Codi was knowledgeable about the truck. Paper work was a breeze. No pressure and great communication. All promises kept. I could not be happier. The Bronco is still on order and I have no doubt that Codi and Wilson Ford will treat me right on that purchase as well. Now I am keeping the parts department busy with accessory purchasers. They are great to deal with too. I highly recommend Wilson Ford, their Team and see Codi in Sales. Tell him the Z-Man sent you!

Codi is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Everything was so smooth and easy, it took a few days after I brought the Bronco home before it sunk in that I actually went through a process to purchase it. Everything was exactly how I wanted it and Shelby in financing found rates better than I thought possible. Thank you to everyone that made this possible!

I'm giving them 2 stars because I really like the salesman who sold me the car. He also replaced the SD Navigation card for me when I realized it was missing. I want to share my experience because I just don't want anyone to be as naive as I was buying my first used car. When I drove the car home I noticed a clicking noise in the front driver's side suspension area. Thankfully I know a lot about cars and suspected the CV Joint. I called and spoke to my salesman and he said they did a full inspection and the car was clean. I have to disagree with that statement. I took it to Subaru in Corvallis. It's an Outback. They did a full inspection on it for $136. They found that NOT ONLY do I need a new CV Joint, I also need a new headlamp as it is collecting water, a new full set of breaks as the pads are worn all the way down and the Timing Cover is leaking oil and this needs replaced as well. Thankfully, the Timing and CV are covered under the Power train Warranty from Subaru. The breaks and headlamp are not. I purchased the full dealers warranty. I hope it will cover the headlamp. It's a $1000 part. Breaks $375. I am really upset mainly because I asked the salesman at Wilson if I would be safe driving the car 5000 miles round trip. He said "yes. You will be safe." Subaru said if I hadn't come to them about the CV Joint, I would definitely of had problems driving to Michigan. It just saddens me that I have had this kind of experience and I have learned my lesson.

I just bought my second vehicle for my business at Wilson in the last two years. There is a nice comfortable atmosphere at Wilson to shop and test drive vehicles, which makes for a good car buying experience. Keep up the good work!

Waiting 2 plus years after placing reservation for Bronco in early Aug 2020, still no Bronco..., Ford & dealership do not provide dialogue to customer explaining (why delays) so far for most of 2 plus years & ongoing..., except occasionally upon specific inquiry to sales staff (which usually they say Ford hasn't told them anything). As for some employees at Wilson, EXCELLENT. Others, make you wonder if they can find your car after you drop it off for service.

After receiving a call to get a recall done,I made arrangements to drop off my dad's vehicle and the next day I received a call from them that they couldn't do the recall because they didn't have all the parts so I had to make arrangements to get it. Now waiting for the rest of the parts. The staff were Excellent.

Service team is honest, reliable, and friendly. We've purchased 11 vehicles from Wilson's and never been dissatisfied. Fair prices and no hard sell. I recommend them to everyone I know!
