Tracy Honda- New or Used Honda Dealer in Tracy

I have made a good choice buying my car from this Honda. Yesterday I came In to purchase a used car under 12 thousand and got a 2010 Honda insight for 9 thousand with 86k miles. The car was In excellent condition, no damage or scratches, looks almost brand new. The salesman who helped me was Geo, he was very helpful and got me a nice deal on my first car. Geo thank you so much for the help, you did your best to get me the perfect deal on the Honda. Give this man a promotion, he deserves It. I am happy with my new car. I will recommend other people who are interested In buying a car to come here.

Initially I was between Honda or Toyota and I’m glad I went with Honda, from the moment I stepped inside to the whole process of purchasing a car was smooth like butter. I purchased a 2023 Honda civic sedan 2.0 in white in December and I am very happy with it. Geo was who helped me online & in person when I inquired for a new car and I got to say that he knows his stuff when it comes to cars and with financial options purchasing the car whether to lease or to own. I would highly recommend this dealership whoever reads this review. Again this goes out to Geo, thank you for taking your time and working with me.

I recently went in for a service and by luck of the draw, I had Kevin as my advisor. Kevin's customer service is exceptional and honestly a breath of fresh air. Kevin acknowledged me as soon as he saw me waiting in line and made sure I knew I would be taken care of. From there, the experience could not have been better. He was very thorough, kind and when it came to my service recommendations, he was very honest and helpful. I especially appreciated him helping me understand the function of the parts in need of service and answering my questions while I figured out the best way to tackle them. I hope Tracy Honda knows what at gem they have in Kevin and I look forward to working with him again!

I went to Tracy Honda with my cousin looking to buy our first cars together. The first person we encountered was Geo and he ended up helping us through the whole process of buying both of our cars. We ran into a problem with getting a loan but Geo tried his best to help and succeeded! He explained everything very clearly and was super friendly. I definitely recommend going to him if you ever end up visiting this dealership! :)

10/10 Experience with Tracy Honda in my recent purchase. Mandeep was my primary sales rep and he was great. 100% available to answer calls/questions, and very prompt at getting back to me with answers. He was transparent with the details of the sale and I got a sense that he wants to build personal connections with customers- it felt like talking to a friend. My interactions with managers James and Gordon were great as well. Very professional and easy going. Lastly I worked with Steve on signing papers. He was prepared, explained everything well, and made it a painless process.

Quick review of this interesting dealership: Pros: They're transparent - IF you read the documents for yourself and do not rely upon their reps explaining anything to you. Read what you sign. Cons: - Required the first thing to be 'negotiated' off was a nearly $15,000 paint protection/lojack protection package they try to insist upon installing as a required dealer option. - The sales rep I worked with had extreme difficulty calculating sales tax. Even pulling out their phone and doing it and getting it wrong claiming it's right. Sorry, 13% isn't sales tax. - They operate like a boutique factory order dealership for cars they don't have on hand. Trying to lock you into a contract to prevent you from cross shopping with other dealerships when they have no idea when they might get your car. Could be 6 months to multiple years in the build you're looking for - Honda dealerships receive allocations from corporate and can't factory order. Overall this dealership can work out IF they have what you want on the floor at the price you're willing to pay. But definitely read and understand all the documents they're asking you to sign and do not rely on hand written notations (they mean nothing legally) and check their math. Definitely don't sign anything committing to purchase a car they don't have on hand however unless you really think you can't get a better price elsewhere and don't care when you car might arrive.

Excellent experience today as we leased our new Honda Pilot. We are Second generation family who continues to go to Honda in Tracy because of their excellent customer service.
