Toyota of Laramie - New or Used Toyota Dealer in Laramie

I am writing a review on behalf of Beau Brantner. I just purchased my 3rd vehicle with Beau working to help me find the right vehicle. Before driving off the lot with each new vehicle, Beau has spent the time to familiarize me with the options of the vehicle. Beau is an asset to Laramie Toyota and I would recommend him to work with if you are considering purchasing a Toyota. We had an excellent experience with Laramie Toyota. Emily S. is AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to help me get my Tacoma. My husband and I called several dealerships. Emily was the first person that was helpful and answered all of our questions. She was organized and fantastic to work with. We actually "did the deal" over the phone. Communication was excellent. We drove from Nebraska to Wyoming on a Saturday to pick up our vehicle. Emily had everything ready to go. We will definitely do business with this dealership again. Very satisfied!!

Wow, where to even begin! I purchased a 2022 TRD Off-Road Lunar Rock 4Runner from Beau & Jeremy and they treated me like family. I truly can not speak more highly of the experience I had and how happy I am with my new vehicle. They were transparent and answered any questions that I had (and trust me I had lots of questions haha). When I came to pick up the 4Runner, Beau made sure to take the time and show me all the features and details and how things worked. Truly the best customer service I have ever had and I will be recommending Toyota of Laramie to everyone I know.

I can’t thank Lorenzo and all the other staff at Toyota of Laramie on helping me get my dream truck! They made the process on getting this truck so easy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area or even out of state as I am from Colorado. The best thing that made me love this dealership even more was that they do not have any “market adjustments” that’s an automatic win in my book.

Had the best experience today with Lorenzo. I never felt any of the typical salesman pressure! They were there to help only and seriously good people! I had test driven several vehicles and just didn’t find the one I wanted to drive home. I found this beautiful Lincoln and honestly couldn’t be happier! Finance went above and beyond to get me the lowest APR . I feel very comfortable referring my friends to this dealership!

This is a fantastic Toyota dealership. Jake, Jeremy, and the rest of the team know customer service and are honest, kind people. We bought a RAV4 here earlier this Fall, and everything from questions to paperwork to financing was seamless. They are extremely quick to respond over email/text as well. Thanks again!

Terrible communication. I was never told how much my trade-in would be until I got to the dealership. Everyone I talked to would say they will email me but never did. When I reserved my truck they entered the wrong email so I had to keep calling to obtain my receipt. Then when I went to negotiate with finance I had to ask him my APR and I had to ask him how much my total is with taxes because he just wanted to talk to me about these pointless packages. I also didn’t find out the cost of my truck would be with taxes until I got to the dealership. Oh and my sales person didn’t even know which day I was coming In because no one communicated with him. ALSO, I bought a brand new truck but the wireless charging pad didn’t work so I had to go to my local dealership to get it fixed. This is a terrible time to buy a popular vehicle. I didn’t mind waiting for the truck that I wanted but I didn’t get to choose the packages. Toyota build these trucks with all these add ons and forces you to pay MSRP. Sometimes if the vehicle is hot enough they’ll add an extra 5k just because. So when my truck came with $60 chargers I couldn’t take them off the price tag. Well I guess it’s a good thing I have them since my wireless charger doesn’t work. 10/10 would not recommend. I give this whole car buying process at Toyota of Laramie 0/5 stars. For my actual Tacoma 10/5 stars. Even with the broken wireless charger.

Beau and the staff at Toyota of Laramie were awesome! When I walked onto the lot, I wasn't sure what I wanted, Beau took the time to answer my questions, helped me look for something that suit me, and I am very happy with my purchase! A HUGE thank you to Beau and the staff at Toyota of Laramie!
