I purchased a 2019 BMW 330 GT with 12,000 miles on it about 3months ago. Recently the notification came on that I needed new rear break pads. After taking it into service at Towne I was told they were at 1 and that I would need new rear pads & rotors totaling $1000. They were willing to pay half, leaving me responsible for $500. Please tell me how my car could be certified, with the rear pads being at a 5 and only 3 months later they are needing to be replaced??!!! I’ve had to follow up many times the past 3 weeks, being told I was forgotten about and I needed to send texts to remind them and now they are STILL saying I am responsible for paying $500!! I am so dissatisfied and wished I would have gotten another KIA at Northtown, I never had any issues like this!!! I thought buying a higher end vehicle would give me higher end service…. Nope!!

I had a positive experience with the service department at Towne BMW. I really appreciate electronic notification keeping me up to date on the info and status of my service visit without distracting me from my day. Drop off and pick of the car went very smooth, again with minimal impact to my day.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. My girlfriend was just in the transit location trying to sell two BMW X5s to them after buying the cars from this location. Dan was unfortunately the man she had to deal with. Not only was he beyond rude, he made a point to tell her that his only purpose on this earth is making others miserable... really good guy to have seeing customers. She was planning to sell the 2 cars and buy a new one, obviously we wont be buying any cars from that dealership. Go to any dealership but this one if you plan to buy or sell a BMW in Buffalo.

Like all German cars, maintenance is especially expensive. But, the quality of the service at BMW of Buffalo is actually worth the expense. Ask for Austin to be your Service Advisor. Was on top of everything, great communication and the consummate professional.

Advisors are rude and arrogant. They don’t like to work with the customer due to their egotistical behavior. You’re very much better off going somewhere else that doesn’t charge nearly $400 for a oil change and to look at your car.

I did not lease my car from Towne so they do not give a loaner car which always makes service difficult. They also don’t offer a normal shuttle service which is crazy when a Kia dealership offers it. They do have Saturday hours which if you don’t have a appointment but you show up early they can sometime squeeze you in. I called on Friday and ask and they said I could try. When I showed up first thing in the AM they said then only had two mechanics and 8 appointments so pound sand. If this was the case why did they not tell me yesterday when I called several time to ask about it? Just wasted time, money, and miles and my car is still screaming at me for late oil change. Towne did everything possible to make up for this situation and I am thankful
