I recently ran over my Honda CR-V key FOB and thought it was toast. I called The Automaster and spoke with Nate who told me he would be able to help me, to drive over and see him. Nate was AWESOME! He spent quite a bit of time re-assembling my FOB, using pieces from other old FOBs to get it working again. He knew a new FOB would be costly and was determined to make it work. If you are looking to buy, definitely ask to speak with Spencer! I have visited a dozen or more dealerships in multiple states over the last month and have to say that Spencer is, by far, the best representative I've met. Kind, knowledgeable, and asks the right questions- so you know he wants to put you in the right vehicle and not just make a sale. Very positive experience with folks at Automaster. We were visiting NY side of Champlain and had problems with our GL450, Automaster fixed the problem, techs were helpful, friendly and fixed problem in a timely manner and we were back on the road in a day. How lucky were we to find the only Mercedes dealer in VT!!! Highly recommend.

Not sure what kind of service some people around here a used to but I must expect better. When the service department says they will call most of dealers call. But I guess they forgot. Drive 1.5 hours to get tires done and they're not available. Makes for a long day. Thanks for nothing.
