Horrible service! Temporary tag is expired and we still have no title for our vehicle! So now we are sitting here with a car payment and no vehicle to drive. We have contacted several members of the team from title individuals and the sales manager and keep getting the run around! They claimed to have shipped it… interesting usps can see that the label was created but has never been scanned for shipment. Seems to me that you need to get your story together and stop feeding us untruths and simply get us our title. The attorney general has been contacted!
