Service representative was pleasant and answered all questions thoroughly. Mechanic seems to examine car well and notes even minor issues so is easier for me to plan for any future work. I took my 2022 330 ix to Preston's to have a 4 wheel alignment performed, as I was having some issues keeping it centered driving down the road. They meticulously aligned it to spec and showed me the results. Brady, the shop manager, and I took it for a test drive. The staff was courteous, polite and expedient. They answer the phone which is great! However the answer is always no... can I get an extended warranty? No you have to call somewhere else... can I get some info about an i3? No we don't deal with those "eggs"... can I get some extra keys programmed that I bought online? No, we won't even try we insist you buy our super expensive keys and know there is nothing you can do.... the Service guy I talked to was super nice. The Service manager was super super nice. They are all very nice... while they say no.

I needed a socket key for a wheel lock. I was told it would take a week to get. I offered to pay for overnight shipping, call to try and get it sooner etc., however was told there was nothing that could be done to get it sooner. After waiting for 6 days, I called the company, (McGard), and was able to have the part sent Fed Ex overnight. Also when I called, they asked for the part number, which was in the package that I gave to the parts person at Preston. It was a #50 key, and they ordered a #58. Although I now had the correct key, was still unable to get the wheels off, so called Preston Service to see if they could remove them. This was a Wednesday afternoon, and I was told that a service advisor would call me back. It’s now The following Tuesday and have still not received a call. Also on day 8 of waiting for the key that they ordered, got a call to tell me it arrived. I informed them that they ordered the wrong part, and instead of guessing which one was needed could have simply looked at part number in the package. Since I didn’t hear back from service about removing the locks, I took it elsewhere. Bottom line is over a week without my car because of a flat tire. I was finally able to get it resolved, but Preston provided 0 in the way of assistance.
