He was straight to the point and even drove over 2 hours to bring us our new Acura! Fantastic car buying experience. I came in looking for a new car with a few very specific features. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like family. Everyone I came in contact with was polite, and eager to help. Our sales man was knowledgeable, and kind. The finance department was quick, and able to explain warranty options I had. I even got a call from the manager after the sale to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend post oak Acura to anyone looking to buy a new car. I am very pleased with my purchase at Post Oak Acura. The whole experience definitely changed my mind about how buying from a dealership could be a great experience and not just something to settle for. Post Oak Acura is the absolute most impressive dealership we've ever worked with. From the first time we ever visited when the sales rep taught our son how to drive a stick shift in the parking lot to the straight forward no-nonsense way they handle the buying process WITHOUT all the crazy markups for new cars that other less reputable dealerships are using, and so much more. I've never written a review for a dealership before but wanted this to be the exception because WOW. The manager Ben Celis is truly outstanding. I initially had a poor experience at Post Oak Acura but Mike ( the service director) called me and offered to make things right. And that he did, he truly went above and beyond. This tells me 3 things about the leadership they have here at Post Oak: 1.) They're willing to admit when they're wrong. 2.) Integrity is something they highly value 3.) they'll go above and beyond to do right by their customers. As I've said before in my initial review, it's hard to find a good place for auto service. One that you can trust. The only thing we as customers can do is put our trust into what the experts tell us. Mike has proven to me that under his leadership they can be trusted. This dealership is in great hands with Mike as their service director and I would highly recommend them for all of your auto service needs.

Pretty nice experience until we asked to look inside of a used vehicle. They would not open up a vehicle until you came inside to fill out a guest card. Then upon refusal he said let me get my Manger to tell you goodbye. A good few minutes past and no manager came out. Sadly I probably walked away from a sale. I told the salesman I preferred not to share my information at this time. I just want to see the inside of a vehicle.

My name is Randy, we chose post oak Acura because of their salesman Steve Harvey and the rest of the staff was like a shot to the moon, ..wow what an experience,so helpful, great attitude s it's like your extended family,. The used car salesman are the best, please go see, Mike,David, etc. It's unbelievable. I won't buy A car any where else, still have a smile. Go check them out.

First time doing this but I felt it was needed. Jacob was very resourceful and very knowledgeable. He was able to help me find the best options for my future ride. 10/10 would definitely recommend him to friends family or anyone looking for a ride.
