Stu, Sunny, Ed, and Troy were a pleasure to work with. All very knowledgeable. They made the process enjoyable with their sense of humor.

They will sell you a truck/car quickly but slow with getting a real license plate and giving the bank/Credit Union the title. Blaming everything on Covid and the DMV. Covid has been lifted for a while.

Ed and Stu are a delight to work with. No pressure and tons of knowledge. I went there to look at the Infiniti qx50 and I am so glad I did. When compared to other luxury automobiles in this segment the Infiniti surpasses the rest in comfort. I was shocked on how much nicer the ride and the plushness of the seats. Might not have all the bells and whistles others have but I wanted a great drive experience and that is what I got. If you want to feel special, do not look anywhere else Ed and Stu have this covered and some. You are buying luxury and your experience while doing so should feel special. These guys have your back, they had mine and I am sure they will have yours. Thank you again Porter for the great experience and the awesome product selection.

Infiniti Service center located in Newark, DE, has superior customer service. Every encounter is always a thoroughly professional and stress-free experience. Pat, the service advisor was very accommodating, professional & patient. He was in constant contact with me, explaining the entire process in a simple & straight forward manner. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. “X,” the mechanic was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond while explaining the issue I was having with my vehicle; providing visual support, which really helped me to understand the problem I was having. Excellent service that you can trust. I strongly recommend Porter Infiniti and can promise you that they will not only meet, but exceed your expectations.

On January 27th 2022 I took possession of a car that I just bought, a certified pre-owned Infiniti QX30 from Porter Infiniti of Newark, Delaware. The car was sold with the original bumper to bumper warranty and I purchased the extended warranty. The car was sold supposedly with a 167 point inspection. The Carfax report stated the car had previously been in an accident to the front and front driver’s side of the car. I have had problems with the driver’s door camera each time it rains and a wind noise at highway speed, and when my car was due for its first service on 4/7/22 I took my car to Bennett Infiniti in Allentown, PA to be serviced, but to also take care of the camera under the warranty. Kevin Green the service Director at Bennett Infiniti said this was caused due to previous damage from the prior reported accident. That I should contact the dealership where I bought the car to have it fixed, because Infiniti would not cover this as warranty work. Mr. Green also discovered that the car was missing the “hood prop mount” and that I should ask the dealership where I bought the car to resolve this issue as well. I placed a call to Porter Infiniti on April 8th and spoke to a Taylor. I informed him there was a failure of the camera due to preexisting damage that should have been found during the certification process and that the car was missing a hood prop mount. I stated I wanted these problems fixed and for Porter Infiniti to pay for these repairs at Bennett Infiniti because I live 2 hours away from Porter and it would be difficult to make the commute back to Delaware. Taylor wanted to talk to Mr. Green first. I confirmed with Mr. Green that Taylor did talk to him about this issue. I never heard back from Taylor. I called Taylor again on April 14th and 18th and left messages, and Mr. Green at my request also called Taylor twice more to try to resolve this issue. Neither Taylor nor anyone else at Porter Infiniti has called us back. This is a certified pre-owned car that was supposed to have cleared inspection before sale, however the camera does not work properly and it is missing the hood prop mount. The dealer is now ignoring calls from me and another Infiniti dealership. I currently have Infiniti USA working on this as of 4/26/22. I have prepared a complaint to the Attorney General’s Office if needed. Sadly, this is what happens when you do business with Porter Infiniti. Don’t buy from Porter Infiniti they do not stand behind their so-called Certified Pre-owned cars nor do they bother to call customers or even other Infiniti dealers back. -Louis Felicetta Ruize

I was torn on the rating. The service department treated me well although prices are high. $2300 for a water pump, half that everywhere else. I did not have that work done by Porter.. My bad experience was with the sales side, not my salesman but the sales manager because ultimately he is the one making the decisions. I recently traded in my 2011 G37XS with 87000 Miles. Very low miles and very clean. Porters own service dept. was impressed by the condition of the car. I was looking at a 2015 Q50S with 24000 Miles. I owed $8400 on my car. Porter would only offer me $7500 and they knocked $1000 of the Q50. I asked if they could at least give me what I owed. They wouldn’t budge claiming that’s all my car was worth. Needless and regrettably I made the deal, my fault. Porter then listed my car for $12,500. Amazing and insulting. I also made the mistake of financing through them. So in essence Porter made money three ways, the sale of the Q50, the trade on my car and the money they get through the financing. The only place they didn’t get me was extended warranty which they tried to sell me starting at $1500 but the last offer was for $750. I understand they have to make money but as a returning customer I expected better on the sales side. They beat me on the negotiation side, shame on me.I’ll know better next time. I should’ve walked away from this deal.
