In love with my new truck. This is my second purchase from this location. After having my 328i for two years I decided it was time for an upgrade. My husband and I came here to check out inventory. Upon entering we met our car salesman Charles Walker. After finding out the truck I wanted was no longer available. Charles ensured me that we would find something else that I would love. After walking the lot this gorgeous white X3 with cognac interior was waiting for me. I checked it out, tested drove it and was in love. Few hours later, I drove away with my truck. I could not be more thrilled about the car itself (new 330i xDrive), but more so, happily satisfied w/ the sales experience at PASSPORT BMW, from the buyout of my old vehicle, to receiving my new vehicle. THANK YOU, Paul Tyler!!! Paul is the Portfolio Manager at Passport BMW. He is the reason why I will continue to go back to Passport, and NOT Fairfax. I live just 5 minutes from the BMW Fairfax, and the customer service (not to be confused w/ BMW Fairfax Service center), is just down right terrible. I would drive 28 miles (which is worth it!), to PASSPORT BMW just for their excellent customer service, any day. Paul is very attentive, extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all questions I had, whether it was over email or by phone. He's so pleasant to work w/, and most of all, professional. He was thorough throughout the process from helping me find a vehicle that suited my preference, to locking it in, and arranging for all the paperwork so upon my arrival, my time there was kept to a minimum, he was so respectful of my busy work schedule. I brought my wife’s Mini in because a headlight was out. It had been a birthday present for my wife 16 years ago and now had 171000 miles on it. Passport Mini had kept it in top shape for her over the years and she loves this car. The inspection turned up a number of other things that needed to be taken care of and Eric took the time to fully explain each issue.
