My family and me have been taking our cars here for a long time, we live about 2 hours away but find their service to be best out there and very worth the drive. Chris Zimmerman is always a pleasure, along with Steve Fisher. They take very good care of us, even making sure we have a loaner car for when our vehicles need to stay for maintenance. Thank you guys, we appreciate you. I have a 2001 Honda Prelude with decently low mileage that I'm very picky with who works on it. Mason Nolette, my tech, has done an outstanding job working on an old car. The car feels brand new. I would highly recommend this Acura location. They will take good care of you, their service is by far the best I've ever experienced.

Okay, so we all, well maybe not everyone hates buying a new car, but most of is do. With that said I have recently had a wonderful experience working with Alex at Mile High Acura. He was not only a pleasure to work with but also listened and looked at us, understood what we were saying and responded respectfully. I highly recommend Alex a truly helpful salesman.

I've had five Acura's and done all of my service at Mile High for the past 20 years. I also leased a vehicle from them in 2015 and the service has always been exceptional. I recently moved and ended up living close to another Acura dealership so I thought I'd take it there to get serviced. On the phone the other dealership expressed that it was essential that I get the 30,000 mile service done. I called Mile High to make sure I hadn't already had that service and I was told by a very helpful and friendly person that service at a certain mileage should not be recommended by an Acura dealer and my car will provide specific codes for when service is needed. I so appreciate the honesty and transparency I am a Mile High Customer for life!

This is a long overdue review: Alicia in the service area got me in contact with Alex when I was looking for a new car. Alex was patient and very helpful with my parents and I. I appreciate the fact that Alex was bilingual and helped my parents and I understand the process of getting a new car. Alex was so helpful that both my parents and I left with new cars, the same day! I love my new car! Everyone that helped was very nice and professional . 10/10 would recommend 😊

I have been going to Mile High Acura for preventative maintenance on my Acura for five years and have had consistently good experiences. I always call ahead to clarify my pricing in advance and when I get my invoices the only differences are generic shop fee and taxes. The team is professional and clear and the waiting area is clean and comfortable.

I never write reviews, but I have to shout out Alex at Mile High Acura. Between my wife and I, I have bought six new cars. I tend to do an obnoxious amount of research and spend days shopping for the best deal. Alex is hands-down the best salesperson I have ever met. He spent years as an auto mechanic and can thus speak to the intricacies of a car better than anyone. Most salesmen come off as clueless - this guy knows cars. He helped me find the right car, yet was kind and courteous when I went to several other dealers. After spending a few more days scouring all of Denver, he came through with the best deal on the best car. Couldn't be more impressed.
