Metro Acura- New or Used Acura Dealer in Montclair

I recently got my MDX serviced at Metro Acura. Fernando is such an amazing guy. He is so knowledgeable on the work that needs to be done on the vehicle and he was able to get me a loaner even when I did not get to reserve one. I got my car back as promise, and the estimate was on point. My last visit was really great.

Service Department personnel were knowledgeable and informative. Dropped off my vehicle late in the afternoon Friday and expected the repair to be completed by the next afternoon. To my surprise, I got a call at 8:00 a.m. Saturday informing me my vehicle was ready to go home. Love this dealership!

My service consultant is Diana Sofia Gomez, she is the utmost professional, her expertise and witty advice regarding my vehicle maintenance is highly appreciated, her affable and kind personality puts me at ease when I arrive at the service station. I highly recommend Diana to anyone looking to service their vehicles, in my opinion she is an asset to Metro Acura.

I have had great experiences every time I take our MDX in for routine maintenance!! Today was no exception- I was advised a brake system flush should probably be carried out and the advisor was brutally honest in letting me know how much longer I would have to wait for the service- I had other obligations so we agreed to defer until the next service interval! I appreciate the honesty and respect for my time!!

Went in to look at options ended up leaving with an Acura TLX. Chris was able to serve us and get us a good deal. He was very patient and professional as we negotiated our deal. So happy with the service, the terms we were able to agree on, and of course the beautiful car!

Service advisor Fernando processed my 2022 MDX for repairs professionally and with courtesy. In between other clients, he assisted in improving the efficiency of connecting my cellphone to the Android app in my vehicle. After a few review updates with both negative and positive, I have edited the reviews solely based on the assistance from the Business Manager. I had a few issues after a great experience with the purchase but the Business Manager has been actively engaged in making sure everything was spot on and has provided stellar customer service. We are all experiencing unprecedented times with employees or lack of and this has become the new norm. I’m appreciative of the management team stepping up to pick up the slack for the non car sales duties and their commitment to the customer.
