Larry H. Miller Super Ford Salt Lake City - New or Used Ford Dealer in SALT LAKE CITY

Had a great experience at Larry H. Miller Super Ford with my purchase of a 2012 Ford F-250. Worked with salesman Cameron Hurlbut, who was fantastic to work with. Truck looks great and runs great, just hope that it is reliable in the long term. My only complaint is that the lot techs didn't do a very good job of "detailing" the interior before handing the truck off to me.

Eric and Brad fisher are absolutely fantastic! They understood our financial situation and helped us get everything ironed out so we left happy and with our new car. Hands down great experience.

-1 star for the tech who forgot to put my oil cap back on! Completely unacceptable with such a small service that gets done daily. I travel from SLC to eagle mountain(70 mile round trip)It took me the second day after it got serviced (140 miles) to notice when my fans kicked in and sounded louder than usual. Popped open the truck and seen what happened. -5 stars for Stanley and Matthew. They were great and accepted the error that occurred. Had great experiences here before but I will start inspecting after any other service is done for my peace of mind.

Brad and Diego were fantastic to work with! They made the whole buying experience smooth and easy. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful as we upgraded to a newer car with much more features than our older car. I would highly recommend working with these two individuals for all of your car needs. Thanks! Update: a little disappointed that we bought a $70,000 vehicle, 3 days later we hit a screw and the tire needs to be replaced. Contacted Larry H Miller and were told no type of warranty on the tire. $300 to replace. Not even 150 miles on the car.

Wonderful people and I got a good deal on a used F150 that I am overall very happy with. The service was quick and the purchasing process was easy and very transparent. However the level of attention to the small details was rather disappointing. Up to this point things I have noticed include a cracked windshield (I knew this buying it, but they wouldn't fix it free of charge), the tires are not all balanced properly, one of the tires was 10psi low (since found it has a slow leak) and the other 3 were 15 psi high, it was not washed before I picked it up despite having several days notice, there was only 14% oil life left on it, the front license plate mount is very loose, neither of the bed side steps were working (have since fixed with excessive WD40), and there is a slight hitch in the steering. I know these things happen with used vehicles, but I would expect better from a big brand dealership that avidly boasts their detailed inspection process.

We had an amazing experience with Larry h Miller. We just purchased a Ford Maverick which we are already in love with. We worked with Zach who always kept us updated with everything going on with our truck build. When we went in to pick up the truck the process was smooth and easy. This was the best experience we have ever had with a dealer. They have earned customers for life!

I recently purchased a used Ford Truck and the sales experience along with the financing services were excellent. No hassle and they had me in and out of there in one of the shortest times I have experienced. I had a couple of issues with the truck after purchasing it and the service manager Abe along with Larry H Miller have stood by the few repairs that needed to be made with no questions asked. Their integrity and willing to help make things right are beyond what I could have expected or asked for and that you do not find any where any more. I would highly recommend Larry H Miller, not only for their product but for their integrity!
