My purchase of my new RDX (my fifth Acura) was as smooth as could be. Everything had been prepared before I arrived, and all was explained to me carefully as we went through the process. Even my ‘neighborhood’ decal was carefully scraped off the old windshield and put on the new one. All the new features were explained. A follow-up call was much appreciated. I have been dealing with King Acura as long as they have been in business, and it has always been a very positive experience. ‘Loyalty’ seems to be a rare commodity these days, but it has paid off for me! I am a happy customer, enjoying my great new car.

Purchased their one and only 2022 Acura Nsx type S. Words can't describe how amazing they made me feel. Top notch dealer. Played no games. The communication was outstanding. In dealing with Kim the Sales Manager from the beginning, I truly felt like she cared about our transaction. She was fantastic with communication and making sure I was happy after the sale. She came outside to meet me right before I was about to drive off with my new vehicle to ensure everything was great and to show me details about the Pre Certified benefits from Acura. Two days later, I found several concerns with the vehicle and contacted her. She immediately responded and wanted to make things right. Even though I live about 100 miles away from the dealership, she was wanting to have someone from the dealership drive up to me, pick up my car and drop off a loaner so she could take care of the issues. All issues were resolved within a couple of days. She did an amazing job and always had a smile on her face when I seemed a bit irritated. Kim, you are amazing at what you do. Thank you for everything!
