Keeler BMW - New or Used BMW Dealer in Latham

After my somewhat exhausting and unfavorable experiences at BMW Minnetonka and BMW Cape Cod, I was connected with Alex Spinner at Keeler. This was my first out of state vehicle purchase. With not being able to test drive and meet face to face, it was refreshing to work with someone who was so upbeat and responsive; Alex was always quick to respond with answers to my questions. When I eventually got the vehicle, it was missing a key fob. Alex had one shipped out to me - no questions asked. I'm really happy with my X3 M rocket. It was a great remote buying experience with Keeler and I highly recommend asking for Alex if you shop there.

Let me just say I don't usually post reviews, however, I have to give a 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ shoutout to Augie Prager @ Keeler BMW! Just picked up my new BMW X3 & the entire experience was awesome. I've never ordered a brand new car before so wasn't sure what to expect. Augie helped me every step of the way and I now have exactly what I want. I have always heard great things about Augie and now know first hand he is professional, courteous and super knowledgeable about BMW's. Augie kept me posted on the progress, when the car would arrive and spent time explaining everything every detail. We met several times before I decided what I wanted and he made me feel like I was the only customer he had that day. He also helped me trade in my BMW sedan (which I also loved but it was time for an SUV). I've never had such an easy stress-free experience trading & getting a new vehicle. Augie is a pleasure to work with and I am sure I will buy all my vehicles from Augie @ Keeler BMW. Actually, everyone I encountered at Keeler was delightful. Looking forward to going back and seeing Augie when I need to get it serviced at Keeler.

As a car salesman buying a vehicle from a dealer other than my own, I was a bit skeptical because i’ve only bought from my own dealership. After having a poor customer service experience at another local dealer (not Keeler), I decided to come back to Keeler BMW to buy my fourth car from Keeler brand. Throughout the years I was always treated very well at both their BMW and Mercedes locations. This time I worked with Araj as I was looking for my new BMW, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. I NEVER felt rushed to make a decision, but he was always available to answer any question that I might have. Araj came in on his day off to deliver me my new car, which also happened to be the hour before the dealership closed for Christmas. This type of customer service rarely exists these days, but yet again Keeler (BMW this time) has gone above and beyond my expectations.

My entire experience with Keeler BMW was excellent! It started when I searched for their website online and stumbled upon the chat function, I was immediately responded to by friendly staff. Quickly I scheduled a call at a time that worked for my schedule. Dustin was the sale rep who walked me through my lease buy out options in an informed and concise manner. He sent me info & docs in advanced. When I went in two business days later, at a time that worked for my schedule, everything was ready to go. Sam in the business office was also very professional and efficient. While this is my 3rd BMW purchase, it was my first experience with Keeler BMW - but it won't be my last! The customer service, and respect for my time, was superb!! Highly recommend!

We recently purchased an 2023 X5 xDrive 45e from Stone Bowers at Keeler. Overall Stone did a good job as our Client Advisor. We built the vehicle online, ordered it, and received in a little over 3 months. We had a couple minor hiccups but worked through them together. No hard sells from Stone or the Finance Manager on any extras. For the Sales experience, I recommend Stone and Keeler. I can't yet speak to service or support.
