Jones Acura - New or Used Acura Dealer in lancaster

I went to Jones looking for an Acura Integra. At first, it didn’t look like things would work out for me but Andy Pilotti worked hard for me to find a deal that worked for me and made sense. I greatly appreciated the time he put in and effort he made to come up with a deal that suited my needs and interest. In the end I did not make a purchase, however my experience with Andy and how nice, respectful and helpful he was has made me consider Jones Acura later down the road when the time is right. Jones Acura has a genuinely good guy representing them in Andy and I recommend anyone to deal with him.

Our family purchased a brand new Acura from Jones years ago so, I came back to take a look at 2022-2023 MDX. I did not purchase the vehicle from Jones this time. My sale consultant, Mr. Mike Heppel, was very detail-oriented and pleasant to talk to. I just wished they did not add on unwanted services on the vehicle since, I'm willing to purchase at MSRP. Otherwise, they had my business. I decide to purchase my Acura MDX in NJ and save myself around 4k with a better A-Spec package.

Disappointing service, I took my car for inspection and was fed a story that they can make up their own rules instead of adhering to the state inspection regulations, I asked for proof of why those parts fail could not provide information other than the mechanic said they should. Also charged 25$ to rotate the tires even though they are off durning an inspection. Said I would fix the parts, to bring it back in within 30 days said they they would charge me full price again. I will not be returning. Thought it would be nice to have a dealer look over my car to see manufacturer standards since I rolled 100k miles. I understand recommendations but forcing me under your own suggestion is poor customer service

I just wanted to thank Barry in parts, Rick, and everyone else at Jones. I curbed one of the wheels on a relatively rare OEM Acura wheelset, 2021 RDX PMC. I manically searched for a replacement wheel over several days online, and I'm typically very good at finding niche items, especially when it's a $1000ish wheel from the manufacturer. When I finally conceded and called Jones for a price, Barry said "hey man, we have a guy... who does an excellent job repairing/color matching Acura wheels if it isn't too badly damaged... and he's here onsite today." This was @ 9:30am, and before 2:00pm that same day, my wheel was fully restored for less than $150.00. I've run my fingers around the entire wheel, expecting to feel something slightly off since I can't see anything off at all. Nope, it's basically good as new. Our next vehicle will be our 3rd Acura, and it will be purchased from Jones. Thanks so much guys. Cheers!

We have been searching for an Acura MDX for a few months and were contacting other dealerships who were very difficult to work with. We found a 2022 MDX on the Jones Acura website and scheduled a time to sit and talk to Andy! From the beginning, working with Andy and the rest of the Jones Acura team was easy and not a stressful process at all! They worked with our numbers to make sure we received the best deal and took excellent care of everything. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Andy!

John did an amazing job keeping us informed and helping us out when it came to buying our new RDX. Went in with no knowledge of what acura had to offer and walked out impressed. John did an amazing demo during the test drive demonstrating the saftey features and features of the car. John also went above and beyond communicating with us when we were filling out paperwork and getting ready to pickup the vehicle.

We stopped in to look at the RDX. We were not familiar with Acura products but John made sure we knew everything we needed to know before we left. We bought the RDX and couldn't be happier with the sales experience and the awesome vehicle. John is a great sales person and we appreciate his "no pressure" sales approach. We not only left with a new car, we also left with a new friend. Thanks for the great experience John D!!

Jones Acura of Lancaster was the best car buying experience I have ever been through. William Cross and Andy Pilotti were amazing to work with! They made sure I was 110% happy and satisfied with everything related to the car buying experience...the whole way down to the extra accessories I got with the vehicle and they knew I was super picky about the vehicle being PERFECT at pick up - no finger prints, etc and they went over and above by bringing a cloth to the car to wipe down any small dirt marks I saw. I am very happy and more than satisfied and will definitely go back to Jones Acura for my next car and will highly recommend friends and family to purchase their next vehicle there.
