Had an appointment at 7:30 am on Nov. 2nd and was welcomed promptly by the service department. My service coordinator, Jorge was thorough and confirmed the service needs requested and also said he would follow-up on two additional I asked for Jorge look at. My service appointment was completed 30 minutes early including my two additional items at no additional charge. I would highly recommend recommend Jay Wolfe on 103rd! Although I did not purchase a vehicle here, I did have a pre-purchase inspection performed on a used car prior to buying it. Andrew was the technician, and he did an incredible job and took time afterwards to honestly answer a few questions we had about the vehicle. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Jay Wolfe, I went in a few times and salesman Xavier was always incredibly nice. I had a strict budget and model I was wanting, and Xavier did a great job at being non-pushy during the process of looking at vehicles. He referred us to the Jay Wolfe Outlet, and everyone there was also very kind and non-pushy! The service at both places was absolutely outstanding, down to the woman running the drink/snack/waiting area, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an Acura.

Very honest and hardworking employees here at a long standing Kansas City auto dealership. The group's (Hendricks/Superior/Jay Wolfe) 103rd & state line location is our favorite and most commonly used location. Our original buying experience was great, and we still have the car over 12 years later, a 17 year old MDX. Service department is fantastic with a nice selection of 20 or so different sandwiches, drinks and snacks while you wait. We don't usually wait long for service. Only negative issue we've ever had is a longstanding alignment issue. When we bought it, we immediately said it was out of alignment and they kept insisting it was in spec. We brought in alignments from other tire shops but Jay Wolfe always said it was in spec. After the warranty expired, then oddly it was out of spec and they wanted to repair it. Try not to ever let a dealership do major non-warranty, non-recall repairs. They'll always be twice as expensive as an independent mechanic, and about 1.5x as much as a minor chain Bennett's Goodyear or specialized independent like Otto or Exact Performance.
I came to the original Jay Wolfe Acura dealership directly after I got off of work. I arrived 45 minutes before they closed. Not even 5 seconds of walking in the door Xavier greeted me and asked how he could assist me. I told him about a previous experience I had at the Overland Park Acura store. He immediately got the head sales manager Brian. Both Xavier and Brian worked with me to get my wife into an RDX I saw online. They stayed after hours to help me out.They also held the vehicle for 3 days until both my wife and I could look at it together. I told Xavier that my wife knew nothing about Acuras or the RDX I had scoped out for her. He took the time to show my wife every single feature the car had and answered every question my wife or I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew the Acura product like the back of his hand. Once we decided we wanted the vehicle Jeff in finance had everything ready to go and we signed the papers and drove off with our RDX within an hour! If you are looking to purchase an Acura or any used vehicle I would highly recommend giving the original Jay Wolfe Acura location a visit!
Mathew Wirt in the Jay Wolfe Acura service department sets the standard by which all advisors should be measured. He is so personable, thorough, prompt and always delivers with a sense of urgency. Taking my MDX in for maintenance is always a positive experience thanks to him.
Scheduled an appointment for a check up under warranty. When I got here, after driving 50 minutes, I was told it’s 160$ just to look at it even though it’s under warranty. Would have been nice to know that before I drove this far. Communication is clearly really hard for Jay Wolf Acura employees.
