I don’t really do this and post negative reviews. Please be careful when purchasing a car from this dealership. I don’t believe they fully inspect their cars before selling them. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the car I purchased from them. A week after having the car the check engine light came on. The car has been in and out of the shop since purchased without having the problem fixed. Imagine having to pay for a car that was sold with many problems. Initially, it was only one problem with the car but after taking it many times other problems have arise with only driven the car for a month or 2. Have reached out to the manager multiple times and basically washed their hands. I have purchased cars from other dealerships and have never encountered anything similar to this. Please consider other options when trying to purchase a car.

Overall buying experience was good. It was fast and prompt. The vehicle was delivered to home and that was the best part. One disappointing thing was Secure GPS account/Device, which was sold as part of accessory, where the vehicle was already equipped with in Build GPS/Modem. Absolutely no need of the GPS tracker and it is a just additional amount costed to me.

If I could give a zero I would! This is the worst dealership ever! Terrible to say the least!! They misrepresent the purchasing price of their cars. In addition the manager is one if the worst people we've met. Dishonest, rude, arrogant, and sneaky are only a few descriptives of this individual. Do not waste your time. Go to a dealership where they appreciate you as a customer.

We drove almost 200 miles after calls and emails with Valencia Infiniti a few weeks ago for a beautiful QX60. After reviewing the published window sticker and agreeing on numbers, we drove down to complete the deal with Valencia Infiniti. When we arrived, we were shocked to learn about additional add-ons totaling $10K. Thankfully, we made the best of our trip and found a beautiful QX60 in Oxnard. The Oxnard Infiniti dealer worked to earn our business and honored the trade-in price Valencia Infiniti offered for our Q60. The reason I am not giving Oxnard Infiniti a 5-star rating is because I believe dealers (seems to be a sales practice given both experiences) need to disclose the add-ons/markups when advertising a vehicle's price. The QX60 we bought had add-ons that were not shown in the advertised/discussed price. Frankly, 2 of the add-ons are unnecessary costs. Overall, we are satisfied with our experience.

Rep was unprofessional brought my car in to get check engine light checked… they erased everything bc they couldn’t find anything.. comes up again 2-3 weeks down the road brought car in again and it seems like they didn’t want to deal With it…. Car is still under warranty.
