I hate going to a dealership because I feel like I’m getting attacked by sharks as soon as I arrive. I spoke with Roofina on the phone and she was very professional and sweet. Not pushy at all. I had some questions about my leased car. I made an appointment to see her. When I arrived, Roofina helped me tremendously! She was very helpful with my next decision in leasing and she explained thoroughly! She was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and sweet. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me! I highly recommend asking for Roofina when you go here! You will not leave the place feeling like your questions weren’t answered. I will definitely refer people to her!!!

I was drawn to Hoehn by an ad in Auto Trader. I ended up buying a new Honda Accord Sport from Hoehn. Jim Fisher was my salesman and because he was off the day I came in he had me work with an associate of his Jonathan. They were very competitive on price and Jim was a great salesman listening to me and what I wanted and working for me to get the best deal we could. I settled on the car and the deal with Jim over the phone. On the day I came in they had the car ready and from the moment I walked in the door they were attentive and trying to get me out of there as soon as they could. Armani was great in finance, fast and respectful of my time. The Sales Manager Diane checked in with me a couple of times just to let me know what the next step was and to make sure things were rolling along. Hoehn has a GREAT team working there and honestly I will be more inclined to buy Honda's in the future knowing I can work with such a great dealership. Very happy all around! 10 Stars!

Roofina at Hoehn Honda is absolutely amazing just like all the other reviews. She was straightforward, honest and her personality really just makes you feel at ease during the whole car research and buying process. I chose Hoehn Honda over DCH Temecula because of this. I originally was looking for Accord Hybrid Sport but decided to go with the EX-L that just arrived on the lot that day and we are extremely happy with the purchase. Jim took over at the end but he kept it straight also as there was another customer trying to buy the same car and he even took time demonstrated how to set up some of the extra features even after they were closed. Thanks again especially to Roofina! (Hint- If you have pre-approval but no check in hand they might have to do an Option-Contract to secure a loan so you can get the car. You have 5 days if using your own financing to work out the documentation.(This is with any dealer) Just make sure its marked on the paperwork (mine was and finished my other paperwork today with my own financing) 3:55 PM adding pic of my mpg driving up and down through some hills of course nothing heavy for acceleration overall but Holy moly..Hoping it stays this way.. this is day 2.🤯 Update: 2 September 2022. Average around 45 mpgs over 3500 miles or so. Depending on the route and conservative gas pedal LOL can get around 53mpgs..

Purchased a car for my wife, our salesman Kamran (the running man) was terrific and went above and beyond. The deal was very transparent, and they offered Gap insurance and additional services at no charge. Such as dent and ding repair, anything smaller than a credit card fixed for free. We leased through Honda credit and they paid the first payment for us, with a great option to trade up when the time comes for nearly nothing out of pocket. My wife wasn't considering buying today, but I think she's glad we did. I can tell you for sure, even though we're going to be moving quite far away we'll consider coming back for our next car.

Excellent experience and great service. Special shout out to Roofina Rivera who was thorough with a low pressured but compassionate approach. She went above and beyond the call of duty and is a superstar in my opinion.

Got my Honda civic back in November of 2021. I went to get an oil change about 2 months later they said I also had to change my brake fluid, which I was very upset given that I’ve only had my car for 2 months. I spoke with the service manager who didn’t really talk to me just said okay. Didn’t pay at the time because I explained to them i had only had my car for 2 months and it was there responsibility before selling it to me to double check and make sure everything was fine. When I first bought my car it had no gas and was very dirty the sales women told me to come back the next day and they would fill up my tank and wash my car for free. I came back the next day and was told they we’re not able to do it because I had already bought the car. I called and asked to speak with the sales Manger and never heard back. I went back for my second oil changed and when it was time to pay they told me I had to do a break fluid change again, that day I had a nice gentleman and very helpful. I explain to him I had already had that done and he looks up my acct and told me they never did it, they just restarted the maintenance light. He gave me his info to call him before going in and getting maintenance. I unfortunately lost his info and had to get my oil and tires rotated took it in now I have notice my car battery dies often it never did that till after I took it in for service. I have called multiple times to speak with the manger only get voicemail never hear back.

Best place to buy your car. Very friendly service and quite fast. I will personally give them 10 ⭐️… Ask for Roofina she is amazing.
