Professional, courteous and sincere are the adjectives I will start this review with because they embody a no-kidding positive vehicle purchasing experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Mr. David Ajibade whom we started the experience with, showed great respect of myself and wife, displaying a good ear devoid of the typical allow me to dictate your car purchasing thoughts. We visited Mercedes, Audi and other surrounding dealerships looking to replace the wife's 20+ year old ML320, it was the people at Hinshaw Acura coupled with great products when compared to competitors, the value was obvious. The Mrs., after many dealership visits, settled on the 22 MDX Advanced package. I thoroughly concurred with her choice and began the negotiations. I will tell you that Mr. Ajibade listened, explained and respectfully discussed with the sales manager, my desires for a specific out the door (OTD) price. At the same time, I understood the sentiments in the auto industry on the desires or needs to add markups, times are tough and salesmen have families to take care of too. So yes, a happy medium was achieved; a terrific car loaded with features other dealers add as options or don't have due to the chip shortage, an OTD I was very pleased with and a dealership understanding more so than others, the value and importance of the costumer. And by the way, the negotiation process wasn't an all day affair, it took maybe an hour. Which resulted in a half hour-ish meeting with finance to sign the final paperwork. Major kudos to Michelle in finance, it was clear there was interaction between sales and her, no upsales presented. All the sausage making/numbers crunching with Mr. Ajibade and myself on the floor definitely transferred and aided the overall positive experience with Hinshaw's Acura. We will/would certainly purchase there again. If you're in the market for a quality vehicle that exudes refinement, Hinshaw's Acura is "Highly" recommended. A dealership that deserves your time to "Earn" your business and when you get there, ask for and start the experience with Mr. Ajibade.



We started our inquiry regarding a vehicle online. The response was almost immediate with pictures and details. We appreciated having a contact before we arrived for our test drive. Our original sales person was unable to make it and there was a great hand off. We appreciated their willingness to work with us on our timeline and allow us to take the car while waiting for our insurance company. Love our MDX. We knew after driving it that it was the car. Love the A Spec trim especially the Carbon color and black accents. Love the longevity in the sales people it speaks to the ownership and management.

Really great experience! I recently purchased a used Acura TL and brought it into Hinshaws for a 120k mile maintenance. I don't have any maintenance records for the car, so they literally could have told me anything and I would have believed them. After a thorough scan, they called to inform me that all I needed was an oil change, fluid top off, and tire alignment. The prices were more than reasonable. I ended up spending a lot less then I had budgeted for, and these days that is especially refreshing. Every employee that I interacted with was friendly, not only to myself, but my young daughter as well. 10/10 recommend this place for honest, quality, professional car service.
