Elk Grove Audi - New or Used Audi Dealer in Elk Grove

Let me start of by saying that if a dealership makes you want to sell your car because you don’t want to deal with their disrespectful staff, it’s a serious issue. This dealership has the most disrespectful and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Every time I call for service or even come in for service, they are rude, in a bad mood, and talk to you like they are doing you a favor. We have been yelled at, talked down to, and disrespected our intelligence. One guy I’ve dealt with for a while now is Mike. He is so rude and will treat you like you don’t know anything. Management never cares about their customers satisfaction. If you’re in the area, go somewhere else in the auto mall for service. They were most likely screw something on your car, be rude, and disrespect you. It’s not worth giving your money to a dealership that acts like they’re doing you a favor when you’re paying. It’s ridiculous. Take your business where it is appreciated.

Can't believe how painless and quickly the purchase of my 2019 Q5 and trade-in got done. Not once did I think of the dreadful car salesman.. actually enjoyed the process. Daniel in sales and Eddie in finance were nothing short of amazing to deal with.. If your looking to buy.. HIT THEM UP!!

Cannot say enough positive things about Service Advisor Lisa and the team at Elk Grove Audi. Lisa in service, Who I have been coming to see the past year in is my go-to for all things serviced with my Q5 she is smart and knowledgeable. She is awesome to work with, always has my appointments dialed in and when she can have a loaner assigned to me. She provides me with excellent recommendations around servicing my Q5 without selling me on things I don't need. The service videos they perform with the technician is AMAZING. It thinks it's an awesome tool, that seriously keeps the dealer honest and allows the customer to understand exactly why the work they're recommending needs to be done. I spend the extra dollar coming here, because I'd rather have it done right the first time. Thanks Lisa and to technicians who both take very good care of me and truly make my Audi ownership experience a great one.

Nice lot of people. Not TOO much sales pressure, but they're still salesman I don't think you can avoid it. Car was ready within 20 minutes of arrival. Ordered over the phone so we wouldn't be there all day. Took 2 hours to finish paperwork and go over all the set up and features which wasn't too bad. Overall good experience. And a smokin hot car!

The best way to describe Elk Grove Audi is that it's the exact opposite of a used car lot. The staff is professional, the sales people aren't pushy, the GM is available and welcomes customers. I was treated very well by everyone, and would recommend them over some of the other lots nearby. Extremely professional feel to the whole process. Hanna in sales, and Eddie in finance made things extremely easy. Love my new A4.

I bought my Q7 here. I just called and scheduled a service a month in advance because I needed a loaner, I thought that by scheduling way ahead in advance it would give them ample time to secure me one. They are unwilling to provide me one. I've always gotten a loaner from BMW and Mercedes Benz no questions asked even when I bought from a different dealer.

Would not recommend service due to extremely expensive. Nice staff, no complaints there. $29 for the engine air filters, $91 to pop it in. The brake job was quoted over $3,000 which is over twice as much as reputable shops in the area. Purchased tires there 1 year 1 month to find out my road hazard warranty does not cover repairs, or anything except $50 toward replacement. I had to pay $35 to fix my tire. Oil change was $180. I would not recommend unless you have warranty. There are many local shops who provide service. I understand about 'certified' technicians, for specialties, not oil changes and filter changes.

My wife and I could not have had a better experience buying a brand new car. This is our first Audi and everyone at Elk Grove Audi were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Vince Webb was exceptional and found the vehicle that we wanted. He was able to answer all of our questions and needs of the Audi that we wanted. Sales manager and finance team were excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone. Vince Webb was very patient, professional, and now a great friend. Wonderful and painless experience!!
