Brought my vehicle in on 2/9 waited hours with an appt and to add insult to injury they literally crashed my car into a pole. Talk about distracted driving. Camera and all and still a vehicle specialist backed right into a pole, negligent much? Here it is 2/25 still don't have my car. But I guess they're doing me "a favor" since they're repairing it. Horrific customer service truly not at all professional. Per scratches on photos I'm not totally convinced it was just a little pole like they tried to say but given my experience I am wouldn't be at all shocked if they were less than honest about it to save money and a law suit. The loaner that they gave me free of charge through the kindness of their heart wasn't even safe. It did not have a working horn and I nearly had an accident with my children in the car because of it. They were less than concerned.

Great deal, great cars! Both the salesmen and the finance manager were extremely kind, patient, helpful and responsive through the whole process of buying my car. My millions of questions and back-and-forth correspondence with the bank did not deter them one bit, and not only did they make me feel take care of but led with humor and good faith as well. 10000/10 recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

Sal was great. We had a bad experience down the road and I felt like you guys weren't trying to pull the wool over my eyes or send me away with a lemon. I love the car and it was a great price. I don't remember his name but the sales guy offered me a warranty based on my budget, and he was nice as well.

Never in my life have i been sold a vehicle that did not make it home the day that I bought it. I bought an Acura TLX from David McDavid, but on the way home, I stopped and parked in a retail shopping center. The TLX did not start after I got back in and tried turning it on. The Acura TLX had to be towed. I have been buying cars for nearly 30 years, and this was the only time I've been in this situation. Currently the AC is also under repair. I had pointed out this issue and was told it was working normally. In fact, it was not, and it is currently waiting for parts. I was sold a vehicle from David McDavid but able to drive it barely an hour. EDIT: Yes thanks for fixing those issues. However, after picking up the vehicle, on the way home driving down Mopac, I got an alert for a different problem. "Tire Pressure Monitor Problem" is the message I get. I scheduled a time next week to bring the vehicle in for that problem. Photo attached.

I received a text asking me to leave a review so here it is in all honesty. Compared to most dealerships, my visit here was fairly simple. Sal was a wonderful sales consultant and got me squared away with everything I needed. Peter, the Finance Director, was also quite helpful. From my understanding, Peter is the only one working finance at the dealership. Sadly I put a down payment on a car several days ago and still have not seen papers that were supposedly overnighted earlier this week. I made it quite clear to Sal the urgency of my purchase, maybe my mistake was not having this conversation with Peter. At this rate I won’t be receiving my car until late next week or the week after. Pretty disappointed. Aside from the wait everyone provided me with a four/five star experience. Thank you! Hope to see the car soon. **UPDATE AFTER DEALER RESPONSE**: (This was a 3 star review, now it's a 1) The address that was initially provided WAS correct. Someone at the dealership (likely Peter) used the address on a drivers license, not the original address that I provided to my sales rep Sal. If you want a dealership that doesn't own up to their mistakes, this is the place for you!

Untrustworthy, unkind, and unprofessional. We brought our vehicle in for a factory recall repair and when we picked it up (after it taking multiple trips to the service department for the part to be replaced) the front left turn signal was out of its housing and snapped in two. No one had called us to tell us about the damage. And the technician When asked about them covering a repair of the blinker we were told with the warping on the bottom of the bumper already being there, that they were not liable for any damage to the car. We asked for them to cover the cost of the part and we would fix the vehicle ourselves and were told by the service manager “We are just not going to participate.” When we dropped it off, the pictured blinker was whole, mounted and intact. As is evident from the photo, when we picked it up the light was snapped in two and dangling off of the vehicle. The technician who worked on our car was Adrian and the manager was Lance.

What had been a very stressful incident that found me stranded on a busy street with absolutely no power to my Acura was redeemed by the professional and caring staff of your service department. Not only did they expedite the troubleshooting of my vehicle, I was able to leave reassured that I would not have a repeat of the situation on my upcoming 1200 mile necessary road trip.
