I recently purchased a used 2018 Honda Accord from Advantage Acura. The entire sales experience was EXCELLENT!! Holly and Jerry were extremely polite and professional. The appointment setup, test drive, and financing all went smooth and quick; while covering all my questions regarding the vehicle during the process. The maintenance crew also did a fantastic job cleaning and servicing my vehicle prior to my arrival at the dealership. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Advantage to anyone in the market. I will absolutely make the trip to purchase my next vehicle from Advantage Acura of Naperville.
The staff at Advantage Acura were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a valuable customer. Keith (my salesman) was great to work with. He was upfront with everything and provided me with all the information I needed to make a well informed decision regarding my vehicle purchase. Keith knows the product and was able to answer every question I had. Thanks to Keith and the other staff it was a smooth and easy process. Definitely not as dreadful as my previous car buying experiences. I highly recommend Keith and Advantage Acura if you, or anyone you know is in the market for a new or used Acura. I would definitely come back to this dealership for my future purchasing needs.
Carry a calculator with you at all times! First my experience with my sale was a pleasant one, however with few exceptions. I negotiated the price with them for 2022 Acura MDX. But when they gave me a quick quote it had a typo of ~700$ on a computer generated printout(first quote). I was able to catch it and got that corrected. I thought it might be genuine mistake. Second time when i got a quote for another Trim, to my surprise it was 4000$ added(second quote). And believe me this is not a market adjustment. Its a pure mistake in calculation of the total price, same as the first case on a printed sheet. I was shocked, but was able to get that corrected. I got a preapproval for my auto loan and the finance guy said they would to match the APR and asked not to pursue my approved auto loan. Again to my surprise they added another 3000$ with other options in this quote (third quote), with their loan option. I asked them to remove that ,and send me a final quote on the date of delivery. They called me just half hour before the scheduled time, and said unfortunately they cannot match. Luckily I had my other loan option open. Finally I went ahead with my credit union. But there was an excess of 300$ from my credit union on the final check. I notified them the same.Update: i got the amount refunded , thanks to finance team. Ok, key takeaways are - Always calculate the total even though its from a computer generated one And beware about the promises while working on the Loan from the finance department, keep your options open. But the sales persons were very friendly and welcoming, especially Don. They were very patient enough to explain every option of the Car. Except the issue with the calculations, I definitely recommend them, and the overall experience was good so far.
I was looking to get a new car and have heard a lot about this dealership. I went on here and looked at the reviews and noticed Sky’s name was mentioned a bunch of times. When I came in I asked for him and he was able to help me right away. This man is thorough and straight forward. Straight to the point and I appreciated that because I’ve been to a couple dealerships in the area and didn’t trust the salesmen. Sky did an outstanding job and I appreciate it! I will definitely be coming here again and will recommend family in the area to start coming to this location. Thank you!
I just purchased a 2022 TLX Type-S from Advantage Acura in Naperville. It was a long journey (took over a year to get my color combination - at the mercy of the Acura factory!) but my sales specialist, Micah Osbron, stuck with me all the way. He answered all my questions, was always prompt in getting back with me and provided me updates on my production date changes, got all the details right with my accessories when my car was finally delivered. Noble Jones, the operations director, called around to other dealerships to get a car for me but with the Type-S, being in such high demand, they were all spoken for. Appreciated his extra effort to help me out. Many Acura dealers were selling well above MSRP but Advantage did not do that to me. Paid sticker, which is par for the course nowadays, and they did not change that on me after over a year of waiting. And my delivery day experience was done professionally (Micah was with me all the way through) and no pressure from finance on buying extended warranties and services, just presented me with some options to consider. I love my TLX Type-S (I smile every time I drive it!) and would highly recommend Advantage Acura and Micah for your sales person to work with!
I worked with Sky Silva, he was excellent!! He's so friendly and checks in with you frequently so he can get you the best car. Everyone I met there was wonderful, by far a better experience than you'll have at other dealerships. My Honda Accord is running great and is in great condition, I'm very happy that I chose this place! Thanks, everyone, especially Sky!
I could not be any happier with my experience here at Advantage Acura. My salesman, Sky Silva, was extremely professional and helpful. He was super transparent with the car and was great at communicating with me, which I really appreciated. He was very accommodating and treated me like family and not like he was trying to sell me a car. Sky, along with many others there, worked passed their closing time to get me on the road with my new car. I couldn’t be happier with my first experience working with a dealership!
