I brought my truck in for a check engine and transmission light on my vehicle. I was never offered a loaner vehicle. My vehicle was there for two weeks. I would called 3 times and checked on the status and was promised a call back but never heard from anyone. I was not happy at all, being that I had to find rides to work and doctor visits during that time.
