Century West BMW- New or Used BMW Dealer in North Hollywood

I went to go look at the 2023 760i because my M760 broke down. The sales person who “helped” us wasn’t taking me serious and brushed me off. He rushed us to get out of the vehicle I wanted to buy saying he wanted to conserve battery. When I asked if they’re getting any new colors he checked but was quick to tell me I don’t have much option and again was trying to rush me. Stupid decision on your part, I told you in advanced that I was already approved for the car and ready to buy. Instead you were rude, didn’t take me as a serious customer, and at the end lost a customer for life. I instead bought it from Newport BMW.

Very nice friendly staff from the front desk to the sales person. My sales person name is Grace. She was quick to respond with all my questions. Concerns about the vehicle quickly gave me updates as needed. She worked with me on the price and got the deal done all in one day, then the follow up from the office staff very nice. Also good place to do business with. Thank you.

It was a bad idea to bring my car on weekend after planing to have it in the beach with family planes got canceled come on 8:45 am waiting until 5:30 pm Come the first one get out the last one . Priority for V.I.P customers obviously and the only thing hey tell you get some coffe or water for free my question is , (can we do the payment for next day let’s say ) absolutely not ride a way si unfair . This is how I spend my Saturday watching news and looking to the one the most luxurious company ever . The worst experience ever

I'll do everything I can in the future to avoid this dealership. The incompetence and carelessness is just too much here. They wasted a lot of my time. Shows how poor the leadership is at this place if they can't do a carwash right and hire the right people. They ruined the outside of the car with nasty scratches and swirl marks everywhere. The people who are in charge are too busy on their phones and could care less about the customer.

Excellent service!! Century West BMW always deliver what’s promised, when done with servicing my car, they gave it a nice wash, it was delivered to me clean and right on time. The guys at century west BMW are the ones to always go to, they always update you on your vehicles service status and repair progress, they send you a video of the inspection they perform and what’s being done to your vehicle. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to service / repair their BMW or purchase a new one. Exceptional service!!!

Mike my representative is attentive, professional and efficient. Also the young lady that checks you in is polite and takes you in a timely fashion. I also had a great experience with the gentleman who handled my loaner car. My apologies for not getting their names. However they dropped the ball when I got my car detailed. It's not a car wash service it's a detailed service. Both back and front windows have a film on them. So they are smudged most likely due to the cloth used had other product on it for either wax or such. Hopefully this is resolved correctly. Thank you Marilyn

Love this dealer! This is how car buying should be - Painless, Quick, Friendly, Forthright. We leased our car three years ago and the experience was the same as today when we purchased our lease - Exceptional!! The entire process to Lease our vehicle, three years ago, took an hour (plus 10 minutes online to complete our finance app). The entire process to purchase our lease today took one hour, not 3-4 hours like other dealers. Our salesman Mark was the best, always friendly and very responsive through text (which is the way I prefer to correspond). Our service person Brian was super friendly, helpful, and trustworthy!! Our finance manager Quyen, made finishing the deal smooth and he is a very personable guy. So was Mark...and so was Brian. All other staff that we interacted with during our visits were always very kind and accommodating. My husband and I will always come back to this dealer. We have a dealer that is close to us that is ok, but It is absolutely worth the 90 minute drive to receive the Century West BMW stellar service.

I had a great experience with the service department at Century West BMW. I would like to compliment Mike Kim, for his exemplary care and professionalism. My car needed some regular maintenance service, as well as other services that were covered under warranty including tires. He took immediate action in getting a hold of the right people to get these parts/services covered. I was also impressed with the video sent to me from their BMW service technician, documenting the issues with my car in great detail, very high-tech location. Thanks again Century West BMW!
