Amazing and near flawless car buying experience! Benson was super nice and helpful with the process of finding and buying my dream car X3! He was very prompt, patient, and understanding with all questions I had, from X3, walk around and test drive to the final purchase process. BMW Seattle staff is professional, friendly, transparent and honest. After my mother’s car was recently totaled in an accident, she needed to find a new car ASAP. English is a second language for her and after having several negative experiences at other dealerships, finding a new car was the last thing she wanted to do. In short: if there’s a car here that fits what you want. This is the place to buy it. Don’t look elsewhere. I bought a cheaper car but Zach, Benson, Kalvin, and Rachel all treated me like I was a luxury customer. I just purchased a used 2011 Toyota Highlander. Zach was so amazing and let me see the car before it was even detailed. He then went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and was so patient when I needed a couple days to finalize funds. When we found a spot of damage they hadn’t noticed, they did a whole other safety inspection to make sure the car would never have issues for me. They also kept apologizing for not noticing that spot of damage as if they were somehow inconveniencing me for making sure my car was super safe! When I came to get the car Zach had the day off and Benson took over and was so kind and helpful. They gave me a great deal on a cheaper car but treated me like I was buying the most expensive BMW. (Side note: be sure to take them up on their offer for coffee and use their yummy espresso machine). Will for sure come to them for any car needs in the future. Beyond impressed.

I just purchased a 2022 BMW 530e Xdrive from BMW Seattle. I had such a wonderful experience with the dealership as everything was done with so ease. Hats off to Benson who took care of everything and kept us informed in every step of delivery. Benson explained features of the car in a very meticulous way. Always up front with any concerns and production status. Any delays impacted by shortages were explained well and put me at ease. Dealership Manager, Cameron and Finance Manager Randall made sure that there was no hassle and helped me lock in the price prior to price increase. This is our second time back to BMW of Seattle and GD they know what they are doing. They are so dialed and professional — it's difficult to go anywhere else. Benson the Benevolent (my nickname, not his) helped us this go around with our purchase of an X1 to replace our X5 and it was flawless, stress-free, and genuine from the start. He was insanely helpful, responsive, and kind — things that feel hard to come by in the used car sales industry. Honestly, it's hard to find any industry where people seem to care about developing trust with their clients as much as they do here. We shopped around a bit but the experience here is so distinct that we are evangelical to our friends about why it's different here and why they should consider it an option when they buy.
