I just purchased my 1st BMW 3 series overall was an excellent experience. Michael Castro, BMW Client Advisor Specialist, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He made the process smooth and hassle free. The Sales Manager was also very helpful and professional, he made the financing process easy and stress free. All the staff smiled and was friendly. Michael answered all the questions I had and took care of my needs. This dealership is the best around they offer great services & always offer customers to reach out with any questions or concerns. A staffer also gave me a quick class on how my new car works, this was very helpful being a 1st time customer. These cars have so many outstanding features. BMW of Visalia I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car. And don't forget to ask for Michael Castro!!

I was looking to order an i4 and found out that Visalia BMW had one allocation left. I contacted Maggie Puentes and she was absolutely magnificent in explaining what I had to do to get my order in. The transaction was seamless from beginning to end and I look forward to getting my BMW i4 later this summer. I highly recommend Visalia BMW if you are planning to buy the ultimate driving machine in the Central Valley. My i4 arrived and I picked it up yesterday. Brad M and Ed F were absolutely brilliant during this whole process. They were very transparent and kept me up to date through the whole ordering and shipping process. I 100% recommend BMW of Visalia if you are in the market for a new or used BMW. Very honest dealership and I even had a very positive call from the owner, Mike C, a couple of weeks ago. Excellent BMW dealership!

WILL NEVER BUY A CAR HERE AGAIN!!!! MUCH LESS GO TO THIER AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CENTER. This guy here 👇 made a diagnosis from his desk that now is costing me over $1000.00 in repairs. When I asked him to review the issue I had a warranty and it could have been covered. Further he lied on the service report stating "customer requested to top off oil" NO WAY!! I asked him to inspect the car and make sure there were no issues in regards to motor losing oil. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I will go to Fresno BMW for further assistance.....

It may not be a popular opinion- strongly recommend opening up on weekends. The only BMW establishment within 50-55 miles and won’t open on days the majority of the population around here can run errands.(Oil Change) it’s a shame.

Excellent customer service and buying experience! Maggie Puentes was always quick to respond to my emails and kept me posted the moment the car arrived and was ready for viewing. Mike Castro (the GM) and Michael Castro (Client Advisor) both took the time to answer every question that I had and more. Michael is a delight - very knowledgeable and exudes a sincere willingness to help. Not once did I feel pushed or hurried. Amazing team!

My purchase experience was great. My service experience prior to this in particular were ok. What took the cake is me showing up to drop my car off to be serviced and receiving a filthy loaner. (Not the first time this has happened this was worse) there was white stuff all over the backseat including sticky stuff which I’m assuming was coffee with creamer on the steering wheel, cup holders and panel. I brought it to the workers attention and I was advised that these cars don’t stay put long enough to be cleaned and it was shrugged off. Umm excuse me you’re a luxury dealership whom should make time to clean vehicles you’re sending out. Not to mention we are in a pandemic. Also EVERY time I take my car in its filthy when I pick it up. I try not to complain but come on. We pay a lot of money to get our vehicles serviced there’s no reason why a foot mat can’t be utilized and don’t get me started on the poor wash job that was done after a part was broken on my car during service. Looked like they just wet it and smeared dirt everywhere trying to dry it. That still hasn’t been fixed (frustration at its highest)

BMW of Visalia was amazing throughout the purchase. Michael the salesman was fantastic; communicative, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to ensure that I had the best buying experience possible. Mike the GM also went above and beyond with his service. Together the team provided the best car purchasing experience I could have asked for. Would highly recommend to anyone!
