I never do reviews but I half to do for bmw in Richland. It was the most amazing experience ever. Everyone there was so helpful and got me in and out of there fast with my crazy 4 year old. She terrorized the place and they smiled and made everything ok. Gave me what I wanted on my trade and just really made it super relaxed. Super impressed. We had an amazing experience. Everyone from Our salesperson Nazina to the finance guy Armando took great care of us. It was a seamless transaction from beginning to the end. Low pressure sales and very experienced with the delivery. Left the lot feeling educated in all the technology. I have owned several Bmw’s in the last 25 years. And this by far has been my best experience.

As I scroll through and read reviews is solely based on the SALES side. I had a great experience too! Miguel couldn’t have done a better job! But a year into owning my 2018 540i I’ve had nothing but poor experiences with getting it serviced. I’d love to hear more reviews from the owners after they need service done. Unless those reviews get deleted 🤷‍♂️. Absolutely love my car, but when something goes wrong, I dread having to call and take it in. I cross my fingers and hope for the best. But nope. One awful experience after another. Good luck to tri cities BMW owners 👍
