Can't say enough about Ryan in service and his great customer service. Took in my 7 series for service, step by step kept me in the loop with the progress of my car. Provided a loaner car while my vehicle was there. Got the car back, all work done in a timely manner. Work was completed much sooner than expected. Was even kind enough to hand me back the car completely washed and ready to go. I am extremely happy and will return for all my future service needs. Thanks again Ryan !!!

My Service Advisor Daisy didn’t call me to update me regarding my car during the time it was being serviced. She did not notify me when it was going to be done instead I got a text message. The day I went to pick up my car I waited over 40 minutes to get my car. I assumed it was being washed and vacuumed, but after checking with the cashiers turns out no one had gone to pick up my car. When I finally got my car, I realized it was dirty and not washed, it had random crumbs and ants inside. The car was definitely not in that state when I dropped it off. I had actually just washed,cleaned, and vacuumed my car prior to dropping it off for service. When I brought up my concerns none of the staff seemed apologetic or concerned, instead they just told me to call the manager (who is yet to call me back after me leaving a voicemail regarding the situation). I previously worked as service advisor at Toyota and this type of service would have been unacceptable. Based on this experience I would not recommend this dealer to others when it comes to service.

Eli, Joe and Sara in the Collision Repair Department were tremendous in providing top tier communication and service. They surpassed my expectations in how I was taken in consideration through all the steps of the repairs. Also a shout out to the mechanic, body shop and paint team. My car is in great condition so far and I’m very happy to have brought it to you guys for repair. 10/10 will always come to BMW Riverside for any and all repairs, service and new vehicles. All of you are fantastic.

I recently bought my 12th grade daughter a used BMW 428i w/SULEV Grand Coupe from BMW of Riverside. I was given A1 service by my salesman, Oscar, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Oscar and his manager gave me first dibs on the car, the morning before it was put on the sales lot. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked out the best deal for me. The financing dept, Lisa, was very nice and helpful, and gave my daughter a free paint and window chip package. My daughter was not there during the purchase, so Oscar offered to have his tech specialist go over all the features with my daughter at a later time. My daughter cried tears of joy, when she saw me pulling up to the house. I would definitely recommend BMW of Riverside, if you're looking to buy a used BMW. My daughter's car was in EXCELLENT condition.
