My car buying experience started via text messaging. As weird as that may seem it was an extremely wonderful experience. I was able to ask questions and look at various models without ever leaving the comfort of my home or feeling pressured to buy. My salesperson ( Deanna James ) is the absolute best, she really treated me as if I was royalty and the only thing that mattered. Despite my many questions and inquiries she remained eager to serve me. When I finally made my decision on which Mercedes SUV I would purchase I was blown away by the easy financing process. If you ever want to be pampered, go buy a new Mercedes and enjoy the awesome delivery process. I will remember the wonderful staff and awesome salesperson forever. I highly recommend BMW-Mercedes-Benz of Florence.
