JT was friendly and paid attention to every detail I wanted in a car. Even though he was a new salesman, he was kind and very professional. He took the stress away, despite buying a new car in a chip shortage economy. The finance guy and manager were amazing. Both were so thoughtful, thorough and made my buy so effortless and fun! It was a tough move from Mercedes because I was never truly into BMW, but this dealership changed my mind. I love my M340i XDrive so much and am looking forward to the day I can upgrade to the M class. The color combo (white, black shadow package with red interior) is so slick and the rumble of my engine turns heads whenever I drive. Love my car and the overall experience so much! Highly recommend over the other mainline and Jersey dealerships

Our sales consultant Andrew Krier was amazing. I met him over the Summer and he stayed in touch notifying me of cars I might be interested in. I am a high level auto enthusiast and car collector who really appreciated Andrew's knowledge and passion for cars. He was very respectful and a true asset to the Sloane Organization. Awesome BMW Devon representative Drew Wensleydale made it possible to learn about the X5, its function and the overall options avail. Made it easier to decide what we needed and we did not. Very very patient and helpful. It took me 3 weeks to decide and he remained in contact whenever I needed more information he was always available. Never pushy and always friendly and polite. I think he made me buy the car. Did I say made me, what I meant is he gave me insight and the ability to decide. Even my wife ( never impressed by anyone except me ) was thumbs up with the Beemer. All because of Drew’s patience and his explanation and hands on approach. The trade in process was a breeze and he remained positive that I’ll get best deal from his manager. I did 🙃 When we bought the X5 he spent an hr separately with wife to go over the functions. Never had anyone in my 25 years spent as much time going through the options and functions as Drew did. I recently purchased a pre-owned Volkswagen Golf Alltrack from BMW of Devon after I found the listing for the vehicle online. Deciding I was going to purchase the vehicle, I reached out to the dealership. The process from there onward was extremely simple and stress free. I was treated professionally and with great courtesy by Darryl & Rob. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and they both worked with me as long as was necessary, even after close. Additionally, as a car enthusiast, all my prodding questions and in-depth inspection of the vehicle were met with kindness and understanding. The state of the vehicle was conveyed to me honestly and I found everything to be in order. As a previous owner of this chassis, I was impressed with the overall quality of the vehicle. If there are any issues in the future and the facility is able to help, I will certainly come back and reflect that in my review. Dealing with the sales department was pleasurable and simple. All my questions were answered with, what I believe to be, honesty. I would recommend that if you are interested in buying a BMW, or pre-owned vehicle on their lot, you would not be at a loss to visit and inquire.

I have always wanted a BMW and I recently made the big jump. During my process, I went to multiple BMW dealerships in the area and BMW of Devon was by far my best experience. Zach Hertel was helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My vehicle was still in transit to the dealership when I called and Zach was attentive from the very start. This made my whole experience pleasant and effortless. I was able to secure my 2022 430i xDrive right over the phone and it had everything I wanted. Once the vehicle arrived, Zach called me right away to inform me and scheduled my appointment. Chris is finance is funny and welcoming. We laughed the whole time we were in his office. I was in/out in about a hour and a half. Both Zach and Chris are awesome individuals and are assets to BMW of Devon. I've been looking to purchase a BMW for several years, but seriously considered it over the last 6 mos. I've visited several BMW dealerships in the DE, NJ, MD area and came upon BMW of Devon (Sloane BMW) PA. There are several reasons to patron this business; but at a high level - their team most definitely pays attention to detail. Navigating through their parking lot - to how their cars are displayed both inside and out of the building. They have staff dedicated to helping you through learning the nuances of your new vehicle - they are patient and kind. Each person that we encountered was extremely professional and most importantly - not pushy or over-whelming. I called the dealership last week and Anthony Phiri answered the phone and he stayed with me as my person through delivery of my vehicle a week later. He is thorough, knowledgeable, sincere and just an all around great person. I've never had such a smooth transaction in buying a vehicle. Chris in finance was like your best friend from HS. So down to earth and real. So ... not only has BMW of Devon earned our business for future purchases, they have made the purchase of my first BMW a truly amazing experience.
