BMW Of Columbus - New or Used BMW Dealer in columbus

I visited this dealership in June to service my M6. I only note the model of my car as unfortunately it requires special tires, special oil, special parts etc., which can be a challenge for many dealerships to order and service. Since moving from Houston last year, where there are 3 M-qualified BMW dealerships within 30 minutes of each other, I have struggled to find a place to service my car (trust me don’t take your car to the Montgomery BMW dealership). However, when I arrived, Zach took care of me and I was able to get two tires changed, my alignment recalibrated, oil changed, and full diagnostic tests done in just under 3 hours, which is insanely efficient. The staff was friendly, the facility and waiting area were spotlessly clean, and there were many new models of BMW to gawk at while waiting. I truly can’t say anything negative about my experience at this location and will be returning as soon as my car needs its next maintenance!

Thanks for an exceptional and effective service experience. I very much appreciate Service Manager Michael Mayer in his consultations with me in preparing our BMW for diagnostic. Service Advisor Logan Rodriquez was very helpful in reviewing the repair needs for the car as well as a number of great options to get the car up to optimal performance. The work was done quickly and completely; Logan provided a comprehensive recap of all work done. In all, I very much appreciate the professionalism and courtesy provided by Michael and Logan to us, and I would heartily recommend BMW of Columbus for the quality of their service department.

The customer service is excellent. I was traveling though Columbus (I'm from Birmingham) and received a low oil fault. I only let the dealership service my car. BMW of Columbus was accommodating and "squeezed" me in, although they were booked, which was greatly appreciated. The waiting area is top-notch and accommodating with free water, snacks, and Starbucks coffee. Highly recommend!

Service was great! Way better all around from start to finish - than any BMW facility in Atlanta area. You are thorough, professional, and nice . I will now drive almost two hours from Atlanta to service my car there. Way better and worth the drive!

The staff was fantastic, as usual. They were polite and very easy to talk to. They assisted me with locating a certified BNW body shop as well. These are just some of the reasons why I drive 45 minutes and change timezones to get my car serviced.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall on my BMW. It was a breeze to do online, and an immediate comfirmation was provided. I arrived and the check in process was quick & smooth by welcoming staff, having been given a 2 hour estimate for the work to be provided. A courtesy multi-point inspection was done as well, and the results matched exactly the issues of which I was already aware of, with no added conditions. I was provided a full price on those concerns, and will look into returning for those common repairs required on my vehicle. I waited in the very clean designated customer area, and everything was completed in less time than estimated. I departed with my vehicle running & feeling great. The customer service I received was astonishing. Thank you BMW of Columbus.

Service on 11/16/22 was great, no unseen problems. Service was quick, I was in and out in less than 1.5 hrs. Zack was very professional, explained everything that was worked on and another gentleman ask if I needed anything while I waited. I was very comfortable in the waiting area.

If your in the market for a car, BMW of Columbus is the place to go! I drove 6 hours from FL to pick up my M5 Comp and these guys were very personable, upfront and generous as soon as we walked in the door. Ryan, Alex and Greg took the time to go over everything with me. The process was quick and easy and had me back on the road on in no time. Thanks again for everything!
