This was probably the best experience I have had with a dealership and sales person. Brett Coons did a wonderful job in helping me pick out my first BMW. He was able to accommodate all of our needs by staying late for us 3 days in a row, while we got our stuff together and traveled back and forth from the lake of the ozarks after work. We finally decided on the right one after the overnight test drive and at 6pm he cleaned the interior and exterior of the car again for us and filled it up with gas— they were closed, but they stayed late for us! You can tell he really cares about his customers and we will definitely be a REPEAT customer! Thanks Brett, and the entire crew at BMW of Columbia!
