Berkshire BMW - New or Used BMW Dealer in Pittsfield

Purchased this beautiful 5 series from this dealer sight unseen and it was delivered as promised along with all the paperwork organized and ready for the DMV. There was one little thing (taillight crack) that I messaged about after delivery and they took care of it right away Matt McDonough was my salesman who I highly recommend because the guy is just on it! From start to finish he checks up on everything. I was on a time crunch being out of state and financing through my own bank but it got done.

Making an appointment was easy and the person on the phone was very helpful knowledgeable and polite. When I arrived at the BMW dealership I was met by the service manager with a very short wait. I found the service manage to be friendly polite and knowledgeable. I was given an estimated waiting time for the service to be done and the cost. The waiting time was close to the estimated time I was given I was very satisfied with the work and would defiantly recommend this dealership to someone.

Amazing service. Mitchel is a great service manager and really knows how to accomedate the customer. The parts were ordered correctly and they were installed properly. The costs of BMW parts are fairly high, but Mitchel was able to spread out the time frame in which my brakes and tires would last until the next repair period, enabling my costs to be spread out over time. I really would recommend the service to anyone.

I received an email the day before asking if I wanted to sell my BMW with 2000 miles. Sort of ridiculous since I was coming in the following day for a 1 year service. Also, when I got there I was told there was a recall and it would take about 2 1/2 hours but no loaner. Why didn't the person scheduling my appointment know that and let me reserve a loaner? The BMW service guy was wonderful and should not be blamed for this debacle. Now I have to travel 1 1/4 hours again for the recall service.

Mitch Guest did a great job informing me of the process when coming in for my first scheduled maintenance. He followed up with a phone call when my car was ready and made the day effortless. I appreciated his assistance.

This place is awesome, they jumped right away, when no one in a 5hr radius could do it for weeks. And no one in Vermont seem to know how. Lol. So I drove from Vermont to this place and they FIXED it in 1 day no problems. Super awesome! Very good job. Highly recommended !!

I have an X3 (my fourth one) with run-flat tires. Friday morning I found one tire was almost flat. I called Pittsfield BMW, which had my tires in stock. I drove there, and Mitch helped me to get my tires replaced and aligned, while making me comfortable as I waited. Very, very happy with his help and the service.
