We had four terrible experiences at the dealerships near our home, the salespersons were all out for what they can get, or we had to claw information out of them. It was an extensive deterrent, and it almost broke our spirit and killed our joy. In addition, they either had the exterior color but not the interior or the interior but not the exterior. We decided to take a look at this dealership online, and they had the vehicle we have been looking for, low miles, interior and exterior, the nice tech inside, but it was multiple cities away, but we’ve come this far, so WTH right?... So we called. Joe answers, his tone of voice was inviting, he listened to what I had to say, he asked what would best fit me, he heard my daughter talking and immediately catered to her needs and said the magic words “ you know what? I have an even better vehicle possibly the perfect vehicle for your little one. It has everything you’ve mentioned plus lower miles and a DVD player”. I told him I didn’t see that on the site he said it is so new it hasn’t been uploaded yet. I said I could come down; he asked about an appointment time, then I told him where I’m driving from and immediately was empathetic when he learned I would be taking the drive from four cities away, so I told him my experience, and he understood. A few hours later, we show up (late for the appointment). The car is in front with a hefty tag on the window stating reserved for and my last name... Yeah, I LIKE THAT. We get out, take a look at a few cars and make our way to the door (we were not bombarded by multiple salespeople trying to get a sale...I LIKE THAT!) Moving on, Michael greets us; we tell him we have an appointment, and he introduced us to Joe. Even being late, Joe’s mood or energy never changed. He even broke the ice with a hilarious dinner joke... you guessed it, I LIKE THAT! We took a look at the vehicle and some other vehicles for newer year body style and interior/exterior comparisons, went on a test drive, but I was good it was time for the paperwork. I was slightly discouraged when my credit score showed on paper, and my energy changed, but Joe’s and Homer did not. They remained patient and understanding even took time to explain how they obtain the information. I almost let this hinder our joy and ruin our entire experience, but my wife reminded me that we are GOOD. The process was smooth, the charges were explained, I didn’t have to fight for GAP and claw information from ANYONE... you know what’s coming next, I LIKE THAT! An excellent viewing and purchase experience. An excellent signing experience and an even better home experience. EVERY person we came in contact with were beautiful people; their energy and spirits were genuine... I LIKE THAT! Michael, Joe, Homer, and, Sharice, we appreciate you all. I keep calling to schedule a service mechanical problem with my vehicle and everytime they transfer me to some guy Chris he just doesn't pick up and his voice-mail is full so I can't even leave a call back number. Now thats last of service.

Last week I was in a car accident and was stuck out of town in Modesto with my 1 year old, a totalled vehicle, and having an altogether horrible time dealing with my insurance. The team at Acura of Modesto worked their magic and got me into another vehicle, kept my payments in my comfort zone and made the process the least stressful for me. I have been a customer since 2015 and have had nothing but great service each and every visit. I recently took my car to another Acura to have regular maintenance done and my car makes a hissing sound while running. I am almost due for another maintenance visit and will definitely be taking it back to Modesto for the service. They have always been honest and very friendly.

Had a very positive experience, test drove, paid for the car and left in under 2 hours. Recommend talking with Tony, pricing was high for some of the vehicles on the lot, but lower than anywhere else we could find.
