Took our MDX in for 60k service Thursday AM. Trouble reaching service advisor Friday but agreed to leave it for the weekend to finish. Monday noon they were waiting for “parts” to come in - turned out to be the car battery they wanted to replace. On the way home my wife noticed loud rattling in the engine. They had not installed the battery mounting bracket which was loose on top of the battery. If they can’t complete the most basic task of battery replacement, I certainly can’t trust them for the rest of the job.
Recently got oil change. The person who serviced my car forgot to put back the engine oil cap. Great dealership.
The salesman and manager I first met were super nice and professional. When I returned after keeping the car for an extended test drive I had asked the manager on duty about the MDX/TLX requested a $650 reduction. He then started to school me and talk down being unprofessional, I asked him to step away as he was a upsetting and rude. He continued but eventually walked away only to come back and pull the salesman away from me. I had already told him I was buying the car as long as I didn't need to deal with him; continuing being unprofessional and extremely rude. We took our certified check and left the dealership as they lost a deal not because they wouldn't budge $650 because the dude was a mule! lost a sale, a future customer, and much more. I have purchased multiple vehicles from the same salesmen and dealerships in the past. I will now never buy from any of the dealerships but the brand;. I purchased a 2023 different dealership and brand. pulled up today and guess what! the TLX was reduced $650 on their website
Horrible experience. Brent the finance specialist acted unprofessionally and overall incompetent for months. We purchased a car in the fall over the course of 4 months he had to change our contract 4 times. Further, he sent insufficient funds to purchase our license plate and caused a delay. We were called and told we could pay the difference so we don't have to wait longer or wait for him to write a new check. When we went in to address this with him he dodged us and only spoke to us through a middle man. Lastly, he sold us windshield protection and told us it would cover a replacement windshield come to find out it did not. We will be requesting a refund for this windshield protection purchase. The sellsmen we worked with was GREAT. All our interactions were professional. I'd strongly advise dealing with Brett. Get someone else to verify everything he says before agreeing to buy anything he is selling.
This place has the Rudest Managers! Service manager is very unprofessional, unpleasant and argues with Customers! I have a 2020 MDX bought it brand new...I have had a tire replaced last year, A tire plugged 2months ago and now another tire to be replaced! Why pay for a high dollar car and having to fix something on it every few months! I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Acura! Will definitely not purchase it again! Customer service sucks!! As a customer, am already frustrated then have to deal with a rude, uncouth manager!
Terrible service and parts Mark Stone in parts has a terrible attitude. I ordered a windshield that has been on back order a year, and I called to check the status of it while my car was already there for service. Mark refused to look up my order or even get my name and hung up on me. Phillip my service advisor made my 10:30 appointment and by 12 noon came out and said we need more time to figure out the problem, so you will have to bring it back when we can get you in a loaner. Mind you they don’t close til 7 pm, and we never once complained about waiting. After all we drove 2.5 hrs to have the car serviced. Phillip is the worst advisor I don’t recommend him at all, he refuses to explain anything to me about me car, his only response was I need more time. What? When I challenged him he left, and went to lunch.
I took my 2018 Ford F-150 to the dealership to sell. Tony Iannaco and his staff were extremely professional. I got the deal I wanted and the process was fast and stress free. I was amazed that the payoff to Ford Credit arrived just two days after the transaction. I highly recommend this dealership for a purchase or for selling your current vehicle.
