My service rep Octavio was incredibly friendly and thoughtful during our interaction at the dealership. My MDX needed a 30k maintenance and, being summer, I had my three young kids with me. He promptly set us up with a loaner car and nice cold bottled water. The maintenance service was finished in under the estimated time frame and for less the estimated amount! As an added bonus, our car was thoroughly cleaned on the interior and washed - which was really amazing because we had just returned from a road trip from Seattle to Wyoming and had hundreds of bugs splattered all over the exterior and mud caked on the interior waterproof floor mats! Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of care, attention to detail and professionalism of the team at Acura of Bellevue.

Worst experience with service department. Steer clear. if you have to drive 20 miles to another Acura dealer you'll be glad you did. I took my acura MDX for a A15 service. When it was done, the service advisor came and said that there were 2 leaks, one from power steering and one from oil pump. $2926.00 for the leak at oil pump and replacing the timing belt while at it, and $3245 for the power steering leak. That's $6200 for both. I asked the tech, if I could see the leaks, just for my own curiosity, because I never saw any leak on my garage floor. He said "Oh No, the car is already down". I said don't you think it would have been a good idea to show me the leaks while the car was still on the hoist, if you're telling me it needs a $6200 repair. He said: "No because only 1 percent of car owners would want to see that". to which I said: Really. you tell someone their car has 2 leaks that will cost $6200 to repair, and it would be unreasonable for them to want to see the problem. After 10 minutes of arguing with me he agreed to put the car back up and let me see it. When I went under the car, they were unable to show me any leaks, the mechanic said: "Well, you can't really see it". bottom line was I did not see any leaks or any kind of oil anywhere. The following Monday, I called the dealership and talked to the service manager, Jason. I asked him if he thought my request to see the leaks was unreasonable. Unfortunately, he too repeated the same thing as the tech. I have lost my trust in this dealership, one for telling me my request to see the leaks was unreasonable, and moreover, telling me my car has 2 leaks and not being able to show me the leaks. I would not have written this review had the service manager acknowledged that requesting to see a $6200 repair was a reasonable request and that his service advisor should have never said I was among the 1 percent of the people. I am still a fan of Acura, but my next purchase and service will be with a different Acura dealer.

We stopped by on 11/4/22 to test drive and discuss leasing deals on a new Acura Integra A-Spec w/ tech. We worked with Ben Philipose who showed us the vehicle and let us test drive. While my wife and brother-in-law discussed leasing options, Ben let me test drive a manual Integra on my own. The vehicle is very comfortable with a quiet and smooth drive. If you're looking for an engaging manual transmission car, I would say the the Integra felt a little spiritless. The dealership was clean and Ben was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though we didn't make a deal today, I would say the dealership experience was excellent.

Karl Dawley is an amazing representative. He provided us with excellent service and made sure to answer all of my questions to the best of his ability. I was able to find the exact car I was looking. I’m very thankful he was able to help me with purchasing my new car RDX. He stayed after office hours to finish the deal, then he offer us to come 2 days later to explain about all the cool function for the car. He spent around 2 hrs go over setting and our preferences. Dishonest service... Always a dealer girl for car care. My old Acura service department (different state) was completely honest with me and told me when I really didn't need something or could wait on something. Brought my car here for a precautionary complaint prior to a road trip and AFTER they ran diagnostics + charged me $180, they told me "ah yes, that's very normal for your car to do that while accelerating at a certain speed uphill". Couldn't have told me before you put my car on the computer and charged me? That will not keep customers coming back... me being one of them.
